 Curriculum

 Boys of all ability levels are equally valued, respected, and catered for.

For the academic, there is the full range of traditional subjects. For less academic students, ten senior vocational subjects are available, plus practical courses in English, Mathematics, Science, Physical Education and Agriculture.

Some Senior students will take a multi-levelled course. This means that they advance in their chosen subjects at a pace appropriate to their abilities, and their course includes subjects at different levels. For example a multi-levelled Year 13 student might take Year 11 English and Mathematics, Year 12 Geography,and Furniture Making and Year 13 Physical Education.

At Year 11 boys take six subjects.

At Year 12 boys take six subjects.

At Year 13 boys generally take five subjects, plus study, but it possible to take six.

All Year 13 students have one period a week of Personal Training in one of their study periods.

There are six 50 minute periods in each school day
